What We Collect
For audit requests, we may receive your business contact details and a small sample of maintenance emails, work orders, screenshots, or anonymized examples that you choose to share.
What We Do Not Need
- No PMS credentials.
- No full database exports.
- No tenant payment data.
- No sensitive categories of personal data.
How Samples Are Used
Samples are used only to prepare the maintenance leak audit and discuss whether a pilot is useful. We do not publish customer samples or use them in public examples without permission.
Deletion
You can request deletion of shared samples at any time by emailing anton@workorderaudit.com.
